How it brews
The faster of UFO's two papers for its proprietary 80° cone — a wider cone than a V60, so the Type F lives on the UFO seat and does not interchange with standard V60 papers. UFO states Type F drains fast, sitting above the medium Type A, which makes the A-versus-F choice UFO's own built-in flow lever. A fast paper lets water clear the bed sooner so the paper stops being the bottleneck, handing pace back to the grind and pour; brewers chasing an open, high-clarity cup tend to reach for it and build contact time back with a finer grind if they want it. It's a specialty item, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
