Torch Mountain Dripper

Mountain Iced

Torch Mountain Dripper Misc pourover by Torch

Torch's Mountain guide adapts the tall conical brewer for flash-chilled coffee, sending a concentrated extraction directly over ice. The deep bed supports flavor intensity so the finished cold cup remains bright and defined after dilution.

Notes

Place 100g in the server and brew onto it, then swirl thoroughly to equalize temperature and dilution. Because the deep bed adds resistance, change grind in small steps; coarsen if the concentrate tastes dry before reducing the ice.
