Torch Mountain Dripper

Light Roast Agitation

Torch Mountain Dripper Misc pourover by Torch

Torch Kyoto's light-roast approach adds a gentle bloom stir to the Mountain dripper's structured flow. The extra early agitation helps resistant coffees extract fully, aiming for brighter sweetness, complexity, and definition.

Notes

During the bloom, stir just enough to break dry pockets without scraping the paper or carving a crater. Use a Kalita Wave 155, V60 01, or Melitta 102 filter; if a very light coffee turns bitter, lower the brewing temperature slightly.
