Orea V4 Narrow

Fine For Two

The OREA V4 guide adapts its Fine method into a two-cup recipe for the Narrow brewer, combining the Fast Bottom with a Sibarist Fast Flat filter. A bloom followed by one prolonged pour targets a bright, clean larger batch without excess weight.

Setup

Base Fast

Filter

Sibarist WAVE (FAST / B3)

Sibarist FAST keeps flow high through the narrow basket's deeper bed, preventing stalls when brewing a finer grind for two.

Notes

Pour at roughly 3g/s after the bloom and keep the stream steady across the bed. If drawdown stretches or bitterness appears, coarsen slightly; preserve the slow flow rather than pouring harder.
