Orea V4 Narrow

The Fine

OREA's V4 guide pairs the Narrow brewer and Fast Bottom with Wave paper for this fine-grind method. Cooler water, a bloom, and one long slow pour are designed to deliver a bright, clean cup while limiting harshness from rapid extraction.

Notes

After the bloom, maintain about 4g/s with a low, calm stream. Fine grounds can clog from agitation, so avoid aggressive circles; coarsen slightly if drawdown stalls or the finish turns astringent and dry.
