Pour to 150g in a thin stream, center only.
To 150g 40s Center -

Pour to 250g. Keep the stream thin and steady.
To 250g 35s Center -
2:15 04Pour
Final pour to 300g.
To 300g 25s Center -
3:30 05Done
Drawdown complete. Remove nel immediately.
