Notes
The Kalita Wave's flat bottom naturally provides even extraction with minimal technique. For dark roasts, lower the temperature to 88°C and use a coarser grind. The wave filter's restricted flow still provides enough contact time for proper extraction. Two simple pours for a smooth, chocolatey cup.
