    Pour

    Add cold water and coffee to ibrik. Place on low heat.

    +160g 15s Slow
  2. 2:30
    Wait

    Watch for foam to rise slowly.

  3. 3:00
    Wait

    Remove when foam reaches the rim. Let settle.

  4. 3:30
    Wait

    Return to heat briefly for second rise.

  5. 4:00
    Done

    Pour alternating between cups to share foam evenly.

Notes

When brewing for two, use a larger ibrik and scale the coffee proportionally. The technique remains the same: low heat, watch the foam, never boil. Pour half into each cup alternating to distribute the foam evenly.
