Method

Add cold water and coffee to ibrik. Place on low heat.
+160g 15s Slow -
2:30Wait
Watch for foam to rise slowly.

Remove when foam reaches the rim. Let settle.

Return to heat briefly for second rise.

Pour alternating between cups to share foam evenly.
