Ibrik / Cezve

Double Serving

Ibrik / Cezve Traditional by Gota Team

Built from the traditional low-heat ibrik method and scaled for two servings, this recipe manages a larger coffee bed without boiling it. The goal is two equally rich cups with balanced sediment, aroma, and foam.

Notes

Choose an ibrik with enough headroom for the larger foam rise and keep the flame below its base. Alternate small pours between both cups instead of filling one first, which distributes foam, concentration, and suspended fines more evenly.
