Switch 03 Iced

Hario Switch 03 Hario switch by Hario

Hario Europe's official guide turns the Switch 03 into a batch flash brewer, using a concentrated hot immersion released directly over ice. Rapid dilution and chilling preserve bright aromatics in a clean iced cup for sharing.

Notes

Load the server with 250g before brewing and spread it so the hot stream chills immediately. Swirl the finished drink until remaining ice and concentrate are uniform; grind finer only if the diluted cup tastes weak.
