Notes

Light roasts need aggressive extraction parameters. Boiling water, finer grind, and extended immersion time (2:30) ensure you're getting the most out of these dense beans. The Switch's immersion phase is particularly useful for light roasts — the extended steep compensates for the reduced solubility compared to dark roasts.
