Notes
The Switch's immersion phase is ideal for iced coffee — the full immersion at boiling temperature extracts intensely from the concentrated brew. Fill your server with 150g of ice before releasing. The hot concentrate melts the ice to drinking strength. The result is bright, clean, and aromatic.
