Hario Switch 02 Hario switch by Hario

Hario's cupping-inspired Switch method uses a long, undisturbed closed-valve steep before filtered release. Minimal agitation lets the coffee present clear origin character, restrained texture, and an evaluation-friendly cup.

Notes

Do not stir or swirl after pouring; complete saturation with an even, low pour and let grounds settle on their own. Skim obvious floating chaff if needed, then open the valve gently so the settled bed remains intact.
