    Pour 60g of boiling water. Stir with a chopstick to break clumps.

    +60g 10s slow

    Pour

    Pour 150g in concentric circles to 210g. Swirl the Bloom.

    Pour

    When water drains to bed level, pour final 150g to 360g. Swirl.
