    Pour 40g to bloom. Wait 40 seconds. Swirl.

    +40g 10s Slow

    Pour

    Pour 80g70g in circles, finish with 10g down center. Swirl.

    +120g 15s Circular

    Pour

    Pour 80g using same technique. Do NOT swirl after this pour.

    Full drawdown complete.

Notes

Brews on the Flower Dripper naturally produce sweeter, more balanced cups than V60. The swirl after the first main pour helps with even extraction. One notch finer than your standard V60 grind setting.
