Pour 50g in a spiral. Keep the pour gentle. Cover the whole coffee bed evenly. Let it bloom.

Pour 2 / 40:3030s
Pour over the centre of the bed to 200g. Keep the stream near the centre. Keep only a shallow layer of water above the coffee bed.
+150g→ 200g Center pour 5g/s 30s -

Finish over the centre of the bed to 400g. Keep the stream near the centre. Keep only a shallow layer of water above the coffee bed.
