Pack Katisomaskul's two-kettle variant for high-impact processed coffees — naturals, anaerobics, thermal-shocks. Same three-pour skeleton as his standard, but the finisher drops to 82°C to keep the cup balanced when the bean is already flavor-loud.

    90g pour very high and hard from a 82°C kettle to 240g.

Notes

Recommended for naturals, anaerobics and other heavy-processed coffees that need restraint on the finish. Two-kettle setup: hold one at 92°C for the first two pours, switch to a 82°C kettle for the finisher. Grind one click coarser than the standard (21 clicks Comandante vs 20). Filter: Sibarist Fast.
