Notes

A bright flash brew that works especially well with washed coffees. Pre-add 140g of ice to the carafe, then brew concentrated straight onto it over four quick, equal spiral pours on an Orea Wave filter. Pour when the water level has almost reached the coffee bed. After brewing, stir and cool the cup down rapidly, melting some of the ice.
