Notes

A reliable one-cup recipe that ships in the guides with the O2 brewer. Four spiral pours on an Orea Wave filter, each raising the water another step. Pour when the water level has almost reached the coffee bed rather than chasing the timestamp. Keep the pours calm; the open-bottom O2 shows turbulence quickly. There is no need to pre-heat the brewer. If the cup feels thin, grind a touch finer.
