The Dara

Orea O1 Orea by Orea

Named for Dara from OREA and taken from its O1 guide, this Wave-filter recipe uses four spiral pours with wider spacing than the Base One. Progressively larger additions lengthen contact and seek a sweet, balanced single cup with fuller body.

Notes

Increase the size of each spiral pour while keeping coverage even and the kettle low. Preserve the wider pauses to build body; if the result is heavy or overdrawn, coarsen rather than shortening every interval.
