Loveramics Flatbed One

Ultimate Technique

This Wave 155 adaptation applies James Hoffmann's pour-over principles to a small, flat coffee bed. Controlled pouring and a finishing swirl encourage uniform drainage, aiming for a sweet, balanced cup with an even, tidy extraction.

Notes

Swirl gently after the final pour to settle grounds from the walls and leave a level bed. Keep the wet filter pleats clear of the dripper wall where possible; coarsen the grind if the finishing swirl causes a stall.
