The Flatbed One is the single-portion version of Loveramics' porcelain Flatbed, designed by Simon Stevens and shown in Loveramics' 2026 catalogue. Loveramics calls it the 01: about 9 cm across, 6 cm tall and 160 g, it is sized for 15–20 g of coffee and takes Kalita 155 wave papers, while the larger Flatbed (02) stays the two-cup brewer.
Compared with the 02 it has a wide-open hole underneath and steeper walls so the paper sits more snugly, and Loveramics says the proportions let it flow extremely well. Loveramics pitches it for light roasts and rare micro-lots, where a rapid, unrestricted drawdown keeps bright acidity, florals and clarity. It comes in six colours, is dishwasher- and microwave-safe, and has no stand of its own.
Loveramics sells it on its own or with the Drip Paper Holder, a porcelain piece that stores papers in the kitchen and holds them in shape while in use, meant for today's softer papers.
