    Pour to 150g cumulative in steady circles.

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Three pours every 60 seconds: 60g bloom, then 90g, then 150g. Medium grind (one click finer than equivalent V60 02) suits the 1:15 ratio on Flower ribs. 93°C keeps chocolate and caramel notes intact without baking the brew. Drawdown lands around 3:00. The deeper Cup 4 bed needs the full 60 seconds between pours.
