The Hario Switch's valved base, used underneath other drippers (Hario V60 NEO, Sibarist UFO) to add stop-and-go immersion. Here it is required as an add-on base, not as the standalone brewer.

Close the switch. Pour in a spiral to 45g. Let it steep.
+45g→ 45g Spiral 3.8g/s 12s Valve: Closed 92°C -
Pour 2 / 60:3045s
Pour in a spiral to 110g. Let it steep.
+65g→ 110g Spiral 5.4g/s 12s Valve: Closed -
Prepare 3 / 61:1515s
Open the switch.
Valve: Open -
Pour 4 / 61:30~12s
Pour in a spiral to 180g. Take the stream out to the edge of the coffee bed.
+70g→ 180g Spiral Valve: Open -
Pour 5 / 61:42~1m3s
Pour in the centre to 210g. Pour from very high above the coffee bed.
+30g→ 210g Center pour Valve: Open -
Done 6 / 62:45
Finish when the coffee stops dripping.
