Notes

Sometimes the simplest method works best. After bloom, pour all remaining water in one steady stream. The rising water level naturally agitates the coffee bed. This method is extremely consistent because there's no multi-pour technique to vary. Adjust grind size to hit your target brew time of 2:30-3:00.
