V60 02

Shared by Tawansunshine23, this Kawah-style pour-over begins with circular saturation and ends with a deliberate zig-zag pour after the stream becomes a drip. The concentrated structure aims for a compact, sweet, clearly defined cup.

Notes

Let the opening pour fully saturate the bed, then wait for the outlet stream to slow to distinct drips before starting the zig-zag finish. Deliver all 200g through 2 count pours without striking the paper. Expect roughly 250ml in the cup, and grind coarser if the pause becomes excessive.
