UFO Coffee Tools' baseline recipe for V1 and V2 drippers. Three slow 50g pours followed by a high-agitation 100g finisher that creates bypass and controls fines.

Method

Pour 50g in slow circles, low spout. Swirl when finished to fully saturate the bed.
To 50g 8s Circular -
1:00 02Pour
Same low-and-slow circle pour to 100g. Should drain almost completely by 1:30.
To 100g 8s Circular -
1:30 03Pour
Same low-and-slow circle pour to 150g. Should drain by 2:00.
To 150g 8s Circular -
2:00 04Pour
High spout, high flow. First 50g wide circle to lift fines off the wall, then 50g center pour to suspend them above the bed.
To 250g 12s Circular -
3:15 05Done
