Torch Donut Dripper

Donut Immersion

Torch Donut Dripper Misc pourover by Torch

Torch Coffee Laboratory's Donut method uses one pour and the wide, shallow brewer's central drain to create a semi-immersion effect. Brief pooling adds body while the simple release preserves enough clarity for a rounded cup.

Notes

Fold the filter cleanly so it lies flat and does not obstruct the center outlet. Pour 250g evenly across the bed, then leave the pooled slurry undisturbed; stirring can overwork fines and erase the brewer's intended passive steep-and-drain behavior.
