Notes
Designed for dark roast beans. Uses commercial trapezoidal filter folded to fit. The Donut's big hole and steep angle give fast drainage — finish all pours within 1:20. Lower temperature prevents bitter over-extraction of dark roasts. Medium grind prevents clogging.
