Origami Dripper S

Origami's iced recipe flash-brews a strong hot concentrate through the Origami S directly onto ice. Rapid dilution and cooling preserve bright aromatics, while the choice of conical or wave paper lets the cup lean crisp or rounded.

Notes

Place 150g in the server before brewing and use a fine grind with 100°C water to compensate for the small hot-water volume. Swirl the server until the ice melt is integrated. Choose conical paper for brighter definition or wave paper for a softer, rounder iced cup.
