Notes

Glitch Coffee is one of Tokyo's top specialty roasters. Their Origami method uses a low temperature (88°C) and Kalita Wave filters for a sweet, clean cup. The four quick pours create distinct extraction phases. Expect a yield of about 200-210ml from 260g of water.
