Kalita Wave 155

Single Cup

Kalita's small-format Wave 155 recipe is designed for one balanced serving. The shallow, flat bed supports an even extraction at a modest dose, aiming for a clean, rounded cup with enough sweetness and body for daily brewing.

Notes

Use Wave 155 filters and rinse carefully so the pleats keep their shape. Center the bed before brewing, keep pours below the filter's upper folds, and adjust grind rather than agitation if drawdown runs too fast or slow.
