Pour Over

Graycano Misc pourover by Graycano

Graycano's own pour-over approach uses the brewer's heat-retaining structure and V60-compatible filter to support a stable extraction. It aims for clear sweetness and enough body to make a balanced, expressive daily cup.

Notes

Preheat the brewer and rinse the V60-compatible paper before loading coffee so slurry heat remains repeatable. Keep the stream inside the coffee bed and use drawdown as the grind guide: coarsen for a drying finish or slow drain, and fine up when the cup is thin or sharp.
