    Close valve. Pour 30g in spiral motion to bloom. Wait 30 seconds.

    To 30g 10s Circular
  2. 0:30 02
    Pour

    Open valve. Continue pouring in circular spiral from center outward until 225g.

    To 225g 60s Circular
  3. 2:30 03
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

The Gina's integrated scale tracks water in real-time. Close valve for bloom immersion, then open for pour over. Adjust ratio to 1:18-1:20 for lighter coffees, or 1:10-1:12 for stronger.
