Close valve. Pour 270g of water over grounds. Stir gently. Place lid.

2:00Pour
Stir once gently. Replace lid. Continue steeping.
+270g 5s Slow -
4:00Done
Open valve. Allow full drawdown. Should take about 1 minute.
