    Pour all 300g in one go. Do not stir.

    Stir

    Break the crust gently with a spoon. Skim foam and floating particles.

    Wait

    Let grounds settle completely. Do not disturb.

    Done

    Decant slowly without pressing plunger. Stop before sediment.

Notes

Uses cupping principles in a French press. Pour, steep, break crust at 4 minutes, skim, then wait for grounds to settle. Decant without pressing. Produces the cleanest possible French press cup.
