Cold Brew

Nitro-Style Concentrate

Cold Brew Traditional by Gota Team

Designed as an extra-strong cold-brew base rather than a named brand recipe, this refrigerated immersion has the intensity needed for nitro dispensing or milk. Its concentrated body supports a creamy texture and bold flavor after service dilution.

Method

  1. Pour 1 / 5

Add the coffee and 600g of cold water, then stir to combine.

    +600g→ 600g 4°C
  2. Swirl 2 / 5

Stir gently until every ground is wet.

  3. Steep 3 / 5

    Let it steep undisturbed.

    16h–20h
  4. Prepare 4 / 5

Strain the coffee through the filter.

  5. Done 5 / 5

Concentrate ready. Dilute to taste, or serve over ice.

Notes

Favor a chocolatey, low-acid coffee and a coarse grind that filters cleanly. Refrigerate the slurry for 18h, then pass it through fine mesh or paper before charging; suspended fines can clog a nitro system and make the pour rough. Dilute only after testing the dispensed texture.
