Cafec Flower Oval 102

Cafec Flower Oval 102 Cafec

Single Pour

by CAFEC

Bloom plus one continuous pour at the centre. Faster than the Osmotic Flow — 90 seconds instead of 120 — so the brew finishes inside four minutes without losing the rounded character of a single-stream pour. The closest the 102 gets to a "set it and pour" recipe.

Notes

The pour is steady but not overly slow. Aim for around 4g/s — fast enough that the level rises gently, slow enough that you can hold it for a full minute and a half without overshooting. A swirl after the bloom flattens the bed and is the only agitation. After the swirl, do not move the dripper. At 24g on a medium grind the cup leans sweet and clean. Push to 93°C for lighter roasts, drop to 90°C for darker.
