Cafec Flower Cup 1

Strong 1:15

Belco's three-pour 66.7g/L recipe scaled to the Cup 1 uses a denser ratio and slow spiral pulses to emphasize caramel sweetness and body, while the open Flower ribs prevent the finer extraction from stalling.

Notes

Three pours, every 60 seconds — 36g bloom, then 54g, then 90g. Anchor to the clock, not the bed. 93°C keeps the body forward without burning the chocolate notes. A medium grind (one click finer than your usual V60 medium) suits the 66.7g/L ratio on Flower ribs. Drawdown lands around 3:00. If it stalls past 3:30, the grind is too fine for the dose.
