Cafec Flower Cup 1

Single Pour

From CAFEC's official Flower Dripper material, this Cup 1 method relies on a bloom and a steady main pour. The petal ribs maintain airflow around the filter, making a low-complexity brew that aims for clean sweetness and even extraction.

Notes

After an even bloom, maintain a continuous, low stream and avoid pouring directly onto the filter. Match flow to drainage so the slurry height changes gradually. If the cup is weak but drawdown is clean, grind finer before increasing agitation.
