Cafec Flower Cup 1 Cafec

Four Pour

by CAFEC

Notes

Four 50g pulses every 30 seconds: bloom, then to 100g, 150g, 200g. 92°C on a medium-fine grind gives a balanced cup; lift to 94 for darker beans. Even pulses fight temperature drop — every 30 seconds the slurry gets refreshed before it cools. Drawdown around 2:30. Tanat publishes this as the everyday Flower brew on the 1 cup.
