Notes

The Pro is built for 3 to 7 cups, but the dot-rib geometry still rewards a single-pour gesture at small batch — the bed never recovers, the column stays unbroken. Keep the stream thin and centred. The hexagonal walls don't need extra coverage; the ribs lift the paper enough on their own. At 15g the bed is shallow, so drawdown lands faster than batch. Don't be tempted to coarsen — the grind sets extraction here. Swirl the bloom firmly to flatten the bed; an uneven small bed channels easily. For a rounder cup at the same dose, use the Multi-Cup Pulse style instead — single pour is the bright option.
