    Pour 50g while stirring aggressively.

    To 80g 10s Pulse

    Pour 50g more, stir aggressively again.

    To 130g 10s Pulse
  4. 2:00 04
    Pour

    Pour final 40g to 170g.

    To 170g 8s Slow
  5. 2:30 05
    Done

    Brew complete. Gentle final stir.
