Notes
The Deep 27 was designed to handle doses as low as 6g. The steep 27-degree angle keeps the coffee bed deep enough for proper extraction even with very little coffee. Ideal for expensive or rare beans. Coarse grind is key: Comandante 22 clicks, Kinu M47 3.2. Coffee should not taste watery.
