Cafec Deep 27

Small Dose

Cafec Deep 27 Cafec by CAFEC

Wendstudio's small-dose guide demonstrates CAFEC's core purpose for the Deep 27: extracting a full-flavored cup from only 8g. Its narrow, tall bed suits costly or scarce coffee while avoiding a watery result.

Notes

Start coarse because the tall bed already supplies resistance; a fine setting can turn the small cup harsh before it gains strength. Center the stream to keep the limited grounds together and inspect the spent bed for dry edges. If the cup is weak, fine gradually rather than adding agitation.
