Notes

Blue Bottle emphasizes beans no more than two weeks from roast date. Their spiral pour technique moves from center outward, avoiding the filter walls. The 1:15 ratio is slightly more concentrated than typical, reflecting Blue Bottle's preference for a richer cup. Grind within 30 seconds of brewing.
