    Pour to 180g total. Spiral from center out in 4 circles, back inward in 4 circles, finish at center.

    Pour to 300g total. Same spiral pattern.

Notes

Uses Kalita Wave 185 filter. Pre-heat dripper — thick ceramic needs extra preheating. The spiral pouring technique (center-out-in-center) is key to this method.
