Method

    Pour

    Inverted: push plunger halfway. Add coffee, then pour 90g boiling water.

    +90g 8s Slow
  2. 0:08
    Swirl

    Stir aggressively to remove clumps. Attach cap.

  3. 1:30
    Wait

    At 1:30, flip onto cup. Swirl to dislodge grounds. Press gently all the way through the hiss.

  4. 2:00
    Done

    Done. Top with steamed milk for a latte.

Notes

The only Hoffmann AeroPress recipe that uses inverted. Press through the hiss to get every drop. Yields 65-70g concentrate. Top with steamed milk.
