Notes

Use cold or room-temperature water. The pressure phase does the extraction work that a long cold brew normally gets from time. The concentrate is built for dilution. Stretch it with cold water or milk, then pour over plenty of ice. Keep the grind fine, around OXO's setting 2-3 on a conical burr grinder. If the cup is hollow, grind a little finer; if it turns harsh, go coarser.
