Orea O1

Concentrated

Orea O1 Orea by Orea

OREA's brew guide uses the tiny O1 for a deliberately concentrated pour-over. A fine grind and restrained flow build intensity in a small serving, offering an espresso-like alternative with filter clarity rather than crema.

Notes

Grind fine enough to create resistance, but keep the stream slow and centered so the compact bed does not channel. If the concentrate is sharp, extend contact with a finer grind; coarsen if bitterness dominates.
