    Close valve. Pour 75g slowly.

  2. 0:30
    Wait

    Open valve to drain bloom.

  3. 0:45
    Pour

    Valve open. Pulse pour to 200g.

    +200g 20s Pulse
  4. 1:15
    Pour

    Continue pulse pours to 325g, maintaining 2cm water column.

    +325g 30s Pulse
  5. 2:30
    Pour

    Final pulse pour to 425g.

    +425g 20s Pulse
  6. 4:00
    Done

    Brew complete.

Notes

The dispersion cap ensures even water distribution. Maintain a 2cm water column above the coffee bed during the main pours for consistent percolation.
