Close valve. Pour 100g slowly, then stir.
+100g 10s slow -
1:00Pour
Pour slowly to 300g with valve closed.
+300g 30s slow -
3:00Pour
Pour to 500g slowly. Open valve to begin percolation.
+500g 25s slow -
7:00Done
